Developed by Nate Matthison during NOPA’s early years, The Bitter End is a Bi-Rite Staff favorite. It hits all your taste sensations at different times while you drink it. It’s bitter, herbaceous, and delightfully refreshing all at once.

Ingredients

Mix the cocktail

¾ oz Roku Gin

¾ oz fresh Blood Orange juice

¾ oz Yellow Chartreuse

¾ oz Limoncello

*splash of Campari if you are so inclined

Sparkling Wine

Directions

Mix the cocktail

Pour ingredients into a mixing glass, add ice, and shake. Strain into a champagne flute and top with sparkling wine.
